We holidayed in Italy in 2007, and found a sensational restaurant by a walled town. Our table overlooked a huge expanse of sea and pink Bougainvillea grew over a trellis which shaded the terrace. The chef made fish baked in salt, where the crust of salt is chipped away to reveal perfectly cooked white fish.. it was wonderful. This piece is painted on an envelope, sent from Italy to England.
