Hand made using traditional techniques by Pott in Germany, these knives have a tactile plum wood handle and are beautifully balanced

Developed in close co-operation with German chef Sarah Wiener, each item is supplied in an embossed leather wallet with a cleaning cloth and a small bottle of oil to be used to keep the handle in good condition

These are truly lovely things to own and use

The bread knife has a 22cm blade
